OLIVE + BLUE gives back to our generous nature by helping the bees. Since 2015 the rapid decline in bee population has been alarming global population, yet many big corporations refuse to stop spraying their pesticides and poison in our soil and water. Only 25% of global agricultural business’ do not require the help of bees. That leaves a lot of crops relying on all of us to help in any way we can. That can be done by planting flowers that not only attract the bees for pollen but also nourish them. Examples of those are the Phalecia, Sweet Clover, Minette, Clover and Sainfoin. Eating more local honey also helps keep the beekeepers in business. And lastly, do not subscribe to pesticide use. 

Because we are in France, the non profit we will be backing up is Un Toit Pour Les Abeilles.

Un toit pour les abeilles allows you to sponsor bee hives as well as contribute to growing flowers for the bees to gather their pollen. Through a sponsorship, we provide human and financial support for the beekeeper. We are given regular updates of our beehives as well as personalised honey pots. Our goal is to keep giving 35 EUR a month to help 16000 bees so that 100 square meter of land be worked on in order for seeds to be planted. These seeds that will grow into gorgeous flowers will be the small part that will help maintain the bees alive.
